Building 59 (New Zepler)

Building 59 is where we run larger events like the Robotics Summer School. It is home to ECS's largest computing and electronics teaching labs.

ECS occupies the entire building.

Access

The main entrances to the building are open from 08:00 to 18:00 during the week. Outside these times, a valid ID card is required. All members of ECS have general access to the building.

All ECS members can access most general circulation spaces within the building. To access labs and other restricted spaces you must be either a member of staff or a postgraduate researcher in ECS, or have additional access added to your ID card. This ad-hoc process is usually managed by a member of staff to grant volunteers access during the summer school.
